Terms and Conditions
Before booking - please make sure you have read and understood all the information on this page.
1. Booking is exclusive to respectable campers. By respectable we mean the ability to respect your fellow campers and your environment. We reserve the right of admission.
2. Check in is open after 3pm and check out must be before 1PM
3. In our experience lack of respect for fellow campers is usually associated with the mismanagement of alcohol. If heavy consumption is a part of your camping ideal - please do not book.
4. No dogs allowed.
5. We welcome acoustic musicians round the campfire. However all instruments and noise are required to stop by 11pm at the latest. No bongos or drums. No car stereos, stereos or radio's. Strictly no open air, plugged in music please.
6. Love the farm - please leave no trace when leaving. We are a zero waste campsite so please take all rubbish home with you and leave nothing on your pitch. We do not allow fireworks or lanterns.
7. We do not accept unsupervised youths below the age of 21. We also do not allow Stag and Hen parties or weddings/ receptions.
8. We cannot accept responsibility for your possessions or any personal injury sustained while camping or using campfires. Please be advised there is a flowing river running near to the campsite.
9. Driving is restricted on site access to no more 10mph at all times. No driving after dark. We ask you to minimise the use of your vehicle only to either leave or return to the site and driving on the site is forbidden.
10. Our refund policy is as follows: 30 days notice or longer - 90% refunded; 15 - 29 days notice - 50% refunded; 14 days or less notice - No refund
11. If booking kayaking, catering or additional activities you will be agreeing to the third party providers terms and conditions
12. If walking to use facilities in Lewes or using public transport, please remember we are a working farm with large vehicles sharing the access and take care.
13. Please keep noise to a minimum when passing residences.
14. Please stay away from all livestock and do not feed
15. Day Visitors are allowed and can be paid for at time of booking as an extra.
